LaVerne Tripp Interviews James Houck and Wally Paton

On June 15, 2001, LaVerne Tripp, the world famous Gospel Music Singer/Song Writer interviewed James Houck (95 years old, 66 years sober) and Wally Paton (AA archivist, historian and author) at the Trinity Broadcasting Studios in Nashville, TN.  The LaVerne i professionally recorded video to introduce people to the "original" recovery program of the Oxford Group and the miraculous early days of the Twelve Step Movement.

    After several years of deteriorating health, Wally Paton was diagnosed with terminal and incurable cancer in 2003.  Through "faith and prayer," he was able to witness one of  miracles of the "Great Healer."  Today, the cancer is undetectable and Wally has been restored to full health.
